Job Title: Financial Services Representative

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team in Maroochydore. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored financial solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from individuals to small businesses, and provide expert advice on various financial products and services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements:

  • • 2+ years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality.
  • • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
