Key Customer Service Role

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team in the Brisbane South Area. As a key member of our Retail Banking Services (RBS) team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers across various branches in the area.

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Support customers with inquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products.
  • Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Educate customers on available banking options and digital services.
  • Problem-solve and provide effective solutions while promoting a risk-adverse culture.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in financial services or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
  • The ability to ask questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
