Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing efficient solutions and responses to customer enquiries.

You will handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone, listening actively, building trust, and asking relevant questions to exceed customer expectations and improve outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, proficiency in using computer systems, strong verbal communication skills, high levels of resilience, empathy, and adaptability to handle various customer situations.
