Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
