Lead Data Analyst Role Overview

This position requires an experienced specialist to support contract review and discovery initiatives, leveraging international customer relations expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing existing stakeholders, conducting vendor research, and aiding clients with change management efforts. Australian Citizenship and holding a minimum of baseline AGSVA clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of contract usage, market insights, and vendor behavior.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize market and vendor intelligence to inform positioning strategies.
  • Examine Microsoft holdings, including usage trends and current demand by product/category/licensing construct.
  • Evaluate Microsoft's strategic roadmap and its alignment with client's digital agenda and investment priorities.
  • Identify high-level opportunities for optimization across the Microsoft licensing portfolio in preparation for renewal.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the Microsoft industry and international customer relations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in evaluating strategic roadmaps and aligning them with organizational goals.
  • Expertise in market and vendor intelligence, including competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Experience in change management and supporting organizational transitions.
