Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated hospitality professional to fill the role of Food and Beverage Attendant. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Explain menus to guests, assist with special dietary needs, and recommend beverages
  • Maximise sales opportunities by upselling items
  • Ensure accuracy while ordering and delivering food and beverage orders
  • Liaise with the kitchen on special requests or delayed meals
  • Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness of service areas, and adhere to hygiene standards for food handling and presentation
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general OHS practices
Key Qualifications:
  • RSA Certificate Essential
  • Diploma in hospitality operations or similar (desirable)
  • Previous bar experience and experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Great presentation, customer service skills, and willingness to work as part of a motivated team
  • Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
  • A positive can-do attitude and ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
