Event Host and Hospitality Professional

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Event Hosts and Hospitality Professionals. This role involves working at various corporate and retail events, ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests, creating a memorable experience
  • Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including serving food, pouring drinks and clearing tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all service areas
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality and/or events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure effectively
  • Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
