We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel.
This role offers the chance to work closely with a high-performance group, providing expert advice on commercial contracts and negotiating agreements. You will have the opportunity to broaden your exposure to various commercial contracts, including technology, construction, procurement, and operational agreements.
As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating high-value and complex contracts, supporting commercial projects across the business, and advising on contract risk, obligations, and structuring. This requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to work closely with non-legal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of PQE in commercial law, preferably with experience in contract negotiation and transactional work. In-house experience is desirable but not essential.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts;
- Support the business on complex commercial transactions and projects;
- Advise on contract risk, obligations, and structuring across operational functions;
- Assist in managing contract disputes and working with external counsel where required;
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and corporate governance processes;
- Maintain and improve internal templates, policies, and legal resources.
