Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to ensure effective contract administration for various projects.

  • Develop and implement strategies for contract preparation, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Manage procurement processes, variations, claims, and payment cycles to optimize financial performance.
  • Monitor and control budgets, providing critical support for monthly financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues efficiently.
  • Maintain adherence to legal requirements, company standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the handover process by preparing accurate commercial documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a solid grasp of contract law, cost control, and procurement principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach, with a solutions-driven mindset and a willingness to take ownership of commercial outcomes.
