The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and evaluating tender documentation, managing project expenditure, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects and develop your skills in contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Tender Documentation: Prepare and evaluate tender documentation, including award;
- Project Expenditure Management: Manage project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims;
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Minimum 3 Years' Experience: As a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia;
- Fitness for Duty: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management;
- Preferred Skills: Procore experience; demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW;
- Australian Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors;
- Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills;
