Job Summary

The Swimming Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining a fleet of swimming pools by performing routine cleaning tasks and repairing equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks to ensure pool functionality.
  • Conduct regular water chemistry tests and adjust levels as necessary to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Operate company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies to job sites.
  • Repair and replace various pool components, including pumps, heaters, filters, and valves.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating moving parts, to prevent equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
