TPSC is a well-established, service-driven, family run, swimming pool and spa maintenance business, primarily servicing clients in Melbourne’s north and north-west area.

We currently operate a busy retail store-front, have an extensive on-site service offering, and are rapidly growing our online and e-commerce presence.

We are ready to further grow our team and are looking for a full-time mobile pool and spa technician to join our team.

On the job training will be provided by closely working with our highly experienced team who will support you to develop valuable skills in a and fast-growing and highly-demanded industry.

As a member of our service team, you will build the skills and gain the knowledge required to complete tasks such as:

- Regular Pool Maintenance at client premises - including vacuuming, water balancing, equipment checks etc.
- Equipment installs - including new equipment, upgrades, modifications and system enhancements.
- Equipment maintenance - including sand changes, and other ad hoc repairs
- Problem Troubleshooting and Resolution
- Building and developing client relationships.
- Occasional retail and warehouse work

To be successful you will have:

- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be honest, reliable, punctual, and driven to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gladstone Park VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
