As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving customer success by ensuring seamless adoption and implementation of our workforce management software suite.

You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals to deliver timely and customer-focused implementation outcomes using established systems and processes.

Your previous experience working with SaaS providers of HR and payroll management software will empower you to succeed in this role.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, leveraging your technical expertise to meet customer requirements within defined statements of work.

You will also work independently on implementation projects, utilizing the input and assistance of team members when required.

In addition, you will troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working with or supporting HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance solutions.

A professional background with strong SaaS software knowledge, ideally in workforce management, staffing, recruitment, or payroll, including business management or ERP software systems, is essential.

Previous experience as an Implementation Specialist is highly desirable.

You must be able to prioritize key deliverables in line with client expectations and deadlines, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
