Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief People Officer to join our team. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing human resources strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement People and Culture strategies that support our mission and strategic vision.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational and management issues.
  • Lead management succession planning efforts in line with company strategy.
  • Develop strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet human capital needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the global People and Culture function, including talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Review and maintain the company's workplace health and safety system.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Commerce, or Psychology.
  • Extensive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and provide advice on complex HR issues.
  • Applied understanding of contemporary HR legislation and policies, particularly in manufacturing.
  • Effective written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing HR-related projects and working with international teams.
