About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital transformation programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking program delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, software engineering, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-value digital programs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient use of assets and minimizing risks.
  • Communicate program progress and outcomes to stakeholders, including executive-level presentations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in program management or technical delivery management, with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading large programs, with experience in managing multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate in a global environment.
  • Ability to influence strategies and allocate resources, making the case for technology programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of software development, system implementation, and product lifecycles.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in implementing and scaling global digital solutions, with a focus on Oil and Gas, Trading, Upstream, Downstream, midstream, and Retail Business Functions.
  • Project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
