Our organization is on the hunt for a skilled procurement specialist to fill a key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic procurement guidance and support to departments
  • Manage AusTender reporting for domestic and international procurements using Procure-2-Pay (P2P) and SAP systems
  • Review and provide input on procurements in the P2P system
  • Assist with data sourcing for management reports and Senate Estimate briefs
  • Maintain internal templates and databases
  • Support process improvement initiatives and stakeholder engagement across the organization

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement and contract management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures
