Role Overview

This exciting opportunity will see you join our APEX team as a Digital Performance Manager, responsible for working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery and outstanding client results.

You'll work closely with the Programmatic Director and Account Managers to develop and implement effective biddable campaigns, leveraging your expertise in DSPs, DOOH, and Audio programmatic media buying.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Australian media and programmatic landscape, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in programmatic media trading.

A preferred background in client-facing roles, combined with a solid knowledge of key systems such as DV360, TTD, and Yahoo, will make you an attractive candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver RTB buying strategies, optimization, and strong reporting insights across APEX trading clients.
  • Generate finest outcomes for clients, bringing best practice and new innovative ideas to achieve goals.
  • Identify and effectively communicate the APEX trading desk proposition, tech, process, and partnerships to drive client growth.
  • Ensure briefs are clear and details from agency partners are effectively briefed to appropriate partners.
  • Own the digital media strategic and tactical recommendation outputs, generating the finest outcomes for clients.
Commercial/Finance

You'll be responsible for delivering on APEX targets via products and solutions to clients, assisting GDD/PD with monthly reconciliations, and owning the finance process, including campaign forecasts in Salesforce.

Ensuring agencies remain compliant with paperwork and loading will also be a key aspect of your role.

Operational

For self-serve, you'll implement a tight, streamlined process for programmatic excellence, including recommendations, monitoring, and optimization.

For managed services, you'll follow a streamlined process for briefing, proposals, invoicing, and billing.
