About the Role

The Digital Performance Strategist plays a critical role in driving success for our clients by implementing, optimizing, monitoring, and reporting on campaign performance. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with your manager to deliver best-in-class solutions, provide exceptional service, and meet targets.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance-focused role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant tools.
