We are a 100-year-old award-winning company, loved by all, and we're searching for a talented sales consultant to join our dynamic team in Melbourne's South East.

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven individual to handle incoming customer inquiries, assist the Service and Maintenance division, and build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist the Service and Maintenance division by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.

About You
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales.
