Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of complex digital transformation projects in the Oil and Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Oil and Gas sector.
The consultant will be responsible for spearheading project planning, execution, and delivery, as well as building strong working relationships with stakeholders and leading high-performing teams.
The role requires a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and customer orientation, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital business transformation, project management, and business analysis, with experience in the Oil and Gas industry and knowledge of MES, OT, and data historian systems.

Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects development & support.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver quality MES, OT or digital products.
- Sales support: Actively work with presales team and provide valuable inputs during RFI, RFP and due diligence phase.
- Continuous Improvement: Integrate customer feedback into project team activities and continuously improve product offerings.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs regularly to ensure adoption and scaling & support of digital or any MES products.
- Relevant certifications in Scrum & Project management.
- Proven track record in delivering or support MES products and managing projects.
- Business Analyst in MES or digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in consulting and stakeholder management.
- Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and distributed agile teams.
- Experience in Oil and Gas Industry domain.
- Hands on knowledge on MES, Data historian & OT systems.
- High analytical skills.
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- High customer orientation.
- High quality awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
