About the Role

We are a forward-thinking organization dedicated to driving digital transformation projects and providing consultation & innovative solutions for our major Oil & Gas clients.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced techno functional consultant to spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects development & support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting and stakeholder management, with experience in Oil and Gas Industry domain and hands-on knowledge on MES, Data historian & OT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-team engineering projects development & support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams, collaborating with suppliers and partners to deliver quality MES, OT or digital products.
  • Sales support: Actively work with presales team and provide valuable inputs during RFI, RFP and due diligence phase.
  • Continuous Improvement: Integrate customer feedback into project team activities and continuously improve product offerings.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor business KPIs regularly to ensure adoption and scaling & support of digital or any MES products.
