Join our AI & Service Cloud team as a Sales Specialist, where you'll leverage untapped opportunities across Service Cloud, including Agentforce, AI, Voice, Channels, and Knowledge.
You'll work in partnership with existing account owners, carrying quota for Service Cloud product sales. The Sales Specialist will formulate and implement a Service Cloud sales strategy within an assigned region, driving revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base and developing new customers in the Small and Medium (SMB) business space.
This role will work with existing SMB customer accounts and prospects, seeking to build new relationships in an assigned territory. Your Impact: This is an outstanding position that collaborates internally and externally to position key Service Cloud solutions for Customers and Prospects.
