Job Description

">

As a Full Time Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our customers through digital channels in a collaborative environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction. You will work closely with the Customer Experience Team Lead to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving support requests in a timely manner">
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close team to achieve shared goals">
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to leadership">
  • Process daily operational needs of internal and external customers">
  • Assist with freight tracking and customer returns">
  • Handle stock enquiries, product enquiries, and queries around marketing promotions">
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various digital channels">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience, preferably gained from the retail or wholesale industry. You must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Affiliation with Accent Group Core values and a 'Make It Happen' attitude are essential.
