Job Title: Implementation Data Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Data Consultant to join our team at Simpro Software Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Implementation department, you will be responsible for providing advanced BI analysis, integration subject matter expertise, and data import/export services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create advanced customer BI reports using SQL and leverage APIs to provide enhanced data import/export offerings, bulk product configuration services, and attachment import services.
  • Provide foundational knowledge and upskilling to the wider Implementation department, leveraging your understanding of APIs to support Implementation staff during customer onboarding and expansion initiatives.
  • Design data transformation tools such as scripts and macros to improve data migration scalability and design and build data extraction scripts to support customer's use of external analytics and reporting solutions.
Requirements:
  • Ability to design SQL scripts and extracts, advanced data transformation skills, technical expertise utilizing APIs, knowledge of integration principles and 3rd party ETL tools, and familiarity with 3rd party reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation, and data migration, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
