About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aboriginal Graduate to join our team as a Project Officer in our 2024 Aboriginal Graduate Program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates from Australian Universities to develop their skills, gain valuable work experience, and contribute to the University's commitment to improving the education and employment opportunities of Australian Aboriginal Peoples.

Job Overview
  • Full-time, two (2) year fixed term contract
  • Competitive starting salary of $73,386 per annum plus a generous 17% superannuation contribution
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with various projects and initiatives across the University
  • Developing and implementing strategies to promote the program and engage with potential applicants
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Providing administrative support to the program team
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent graduation from an Australian University
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
