Our Mission

To provide Aboriginal graduates with a dynamic work environment where they can gain a broad range of business experiences, diverse skills, and an understanding of the business of the University. We offer dedicated induction, training, and development opportunities, as well as placement rotations to develop your skills and explore different areas of interest.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of $73,386 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. You will also have access to a wide variety of benefits, including professional development funding, flexible working conditions, employee assistance programs, and more.

Requirements and Skills

We are looking for recent graduates who meet the eligibility criteria and possess excellent communication skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to integrate well into a team. You should be flexible, adaptable, proactive, and love to learn. Competency using computer programs is also essential.

Eligibility Criteria

You must be of Australian Aboriginal descent, identify as an Australian Aboriginal Person, and be able to provide evidence to support your eligibility. You should also be in the final year of your degree or have completed your university studies from an Australian University within the past three years.
