Role Overview

Duratec Australia is seeking a Graduate Engineer to assist the project team in day-to-day operations and running of building and infrastructure projects. As a Graduate Engineer, you will be mentored and supported in various aspects of project management, including onsite project management, preparation and submission of progress claims, and onsite Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to various project handovers and coordinate project meetings
  • Prepare and submit progress claims and assist with compilation of management reports
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors/suppliers
  • Assist with onsite supplier and sub-contractor management

About You

  • Recent Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • Ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop positive stakeholder relationships
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think 'outside the box'
