Financial Solutions Consultant
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their short and long-term goals, integrating brokerage products and banking services.
  • Provide expert advice on tailored banking and investment strategies to meet clients' unique needs and objectives.
  • Triage client requests and refer to internal service providers as needed to ensure efficient resolution of client concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate risk through proactive management and control measures.
  • Engage with potential new clients through referrals or existing relationships, fostering strong connections and driving growth.
  • Collaborate with referral partners to provide coaching and feedback based on client needs and product services.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Possess Series 7 & 66 licenses (or equivalents) or be able to obtain within 60 days.
  • Demonstrate at least one year of experience in investments, including training and in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Hold a minimum of one year's experience in the financial services industry or sales environment, meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Set and achieve goals, build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate confidently with diverse clients.
  • Effectively manage priorities, navigate complexity, and execute tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Be adaptable, learn quickly, and seek effective solutions for clients.
  • Manage time and capacity while incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
