We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Professional to lead our month-end close process and prepare various financial reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the Accounting Department, overseeing Accounts Payable, Subcontractor Payables, Payroll, Housing Receivables, job cost, and general ledger accounting.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Direct the preparation of Personal Property, Sales and Use, and Real Estate Tax returns.
  • Develop and maintain efficient procedures to ensure corporate policies are upheld.
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors, responding to audit findings and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
