Key Role in Data Governance
The HSSE data specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data governance protocols, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify risks and trends, driving system integration across health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) platforms, partnering with stakeholders to develop tailored data solutions, and supporting end-users with training and insights.

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for candidates with experience in data analytics, AI, and machine learning, strong technical skills in Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud platforms, a background in HSSE frameworks, compliance, or operational risk management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in data analytics within a safety, compliance, or regulated environment.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Certificate IV or higher in work health & safety.
• Experience applying AI/ML to operational risk or compliance.
