The Position:

As a versatile hospitality professional, your tasks will include:

  1. Cleaning the kitchen, dishwashing, rubbish removal, restocking food items, cleaning kitchen equipment, mopping and scrubbing floors, chemical handling, stock unloading, cleaning dining rooms, restocking bar and drink items, vacuuming and mopping.
  2. Making linen packs, scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning toilets, changing bedsheets, making beds, restocking linen trolleys, dusting, mopping, vacuuming and other various tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A background in industrial cleaning or housekeeping is essential.
  • Previous experience as a kitchen hand is required.
  • Committing to working away from home is crucial.
  • The ability to work in remote conditions is necessary.
  • Following safety protocols and procedures at all times is vital.
  • Being physically fit and able to work long hours is essential.
  • Current manual driver's license and own transport are required for DIDO.
