Customer Success Strategist

The Customer Success Strategist role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career and make a meaningful impact on our business.

In this critical position, you will serve as the key point of contact for our largest customers, developing and executing tailored plans to drive sales and revenue growth. By fostering deep relationships with key stakeholders, you will gain valuable insights into customer needs and preferences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (preferred but not essential), and strong relationships across the industry and related sectors
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior sales or key account management role, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at all levels
  • A solid understanding of value-added selling, business development, with strong business acumen and data interpretation skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, backed by industry knowledge and an ability to understand and respond to complex customer needs
  • The capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
