Job Title: Business Growth Manager
Role Overview:The Business Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing strategic business plans for client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement tailored business strategies to maximise revenue potential and promote the use of our payroll product.
- Facilitate account expansion and penetration through effective collaboration with sales and support teams.
- Lead programme execution, coordinating cross-functional resources to achieve goals, schedules, and quality commitments.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements between clients, stakeholders, and third-party organisations.
- Collaborate with sales and support groups to identify opportunities for expanded support business and demonstrate value to clients.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact to ensure optimal service levels and fostering strategic partnerships.
- Liaise between customer-facing teams and internal support staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Cultivate a client-centric environment that supports sales efforts and drives revenue growth.
- Mobilise resources to meet client objectives, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceeding expectations.
- Stay abreast of new products and releases through regular updates with Product Managers, identifying areas for product, services, and education sales.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs, proposing suitable solutions to maintain and grow revenue streams.
- Provide expert guidance on information and technology strategy, enhancing the overall success of clients' businesses.
