The Summit Outdoor Adventure Camp is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Senior Management team. As Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic business plan, ensuring seamless execution of our business systems and financial management.

You will oversee the implementation of our Entrepreneurs Operating System (EOS) framework, guaranteeing clarity, alignment, and accountability across all departments. Your leadership skills will foster a culture of consistency, structure, and execution, ensuring that systems and processes drive results.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven leader with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Experience with EOS is advantageous but not required. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Senior Leadership Team and ensuring they are resourced, accountable, and performing to a high standard.
  • Executing the strategic business plan, ensuring objectives are met within set timelines.
  • Maintaining and refining the Accountability Chart, ensuring leadership roles and responsibilities are clear and effective.
  • Identifying and resolving complex business challenges, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

Financial Performance & P&L Management

  • Overseeing profit and loss (P&L), ensuring financial health and sustainability.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Ensuring fiscal discipline, cost control, and revenue growth strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Maintaining financial oversight, ensuring compliance with reporting and financial best practices.

Risk Management, Litigation & Insurance

  • Overseeing legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks, ensuring adherence to required standards.
  • Managing all insurance policies, mitigating risk and protecting the organization.

Skillset and Qualifications

  • Proven executive leadership experience in a CEO, General Manager, or Senior Executive role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on systems, process optimization, and structure.
  • Ability to navigate complex problem-solving, ensuring strategic solutions that align with business goals.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 pro-rated per annum (based on experience and proven achievements).
  • Incentive Structure: Performance-based incentives aligned with key business objectives.
  • Superannuation: Paid in addition to salary.
