Business Development and Marketing Professional

About the Role:
This position is ideal for a results-driven professional with a sharp eye for detail.
You'll play a key role in supporting our residential real estate business, working closely with a large network.
Led by the National Marketing Manager, our team drives national initiatives.
Responsibilities- Developing a broad range of marketing and sales enablement materials for agents.
- Execution of integrated national marketing campaigns from concept development through to launch and post campaign analysis.
- Managing internal communications channels; intranet, edms and WhatsApp community.
- Product ownership for digital design platforms and champion continuous development of digital and print assets for agents.
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Specialist with management of website, social media and content creation.
- Managing relationships with external partners briefing agencies, reviewing creative, and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
- Supporting the broader marketing team with event coordination including awards and recognition program, and conferences.
About You: To succeed in this role you have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline along with relevant industry experience.
- A strong understanding of brand consistency and campaign development across traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Experience supporting or working closely with a large network of sales teams/people and genuine interest in creating tools and campaigns that help them sell.
- Clear and confident communication skills with strong writing and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills high attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in real estate would be highly regarded.
