Support Corporate Team Leader

This role supports the Corporate team to provide day-to-day support. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Group Manager, People & Development, and drive initiatives across UGL's operating divisions.


The corporate team plays a vital role in delivering strategic leadership, governance, financial reporting, and people development. They are based out of our North Sydney office and enjoy a hybrid work arrangement.


Key responsibilities include supporting the corporate team with everyday admin tasks, guiding leaders in setting objectives, and playing a key role in the companywide Employee Engagement Survey project.


Excellent opportunity to expose employees to senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to key company initiatives.


The position provides exposure to the senior leadership team, including working at the General Manager level and reporting to a Group Manager who works directly with the Executive General Manager ELT.

About you: Experience in a similar P&C/HR role for a large complex environment, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
