About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our Technical Presales team and support our underground software business.
This strategic, customer-facing role will give you the opportunity to work with disruptive technology within the underground industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with business development managers to identify and close opportunities.
- Delivering technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders.
- Leading software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds.
- Supporting customer success during implementation and training.
- Assisting with campaign events, conferences, and promotions.
- Contributing to product development through feedback and regional testing.
About You
You are a passionate engineer with a strong technical background and a drive to deliver value to customers. You're confident presenting technical solutions and enjoy helping others solve complex problems.
Desirable Attributes:
- Site-based experience in an UG mine production or operational planning role.
- Experience in the development, implementation, and support of UG mine planning and scheduling systems.
- Technical consulting or pre-sales experience will be highly advantageous.
- A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
