Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to business process improvements, financial management, and reporting while supporting our financial systems and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies in processes and systems. Implement change management solutions.
  • Financial Systems: Investigate, design, and test minor changes to financial systems. Provide second-line user support.
  • Financial Management: Deliver accurate accounting, implement and monitor financial controls, and address compliance issues.
  • Procedure Development: Lead the development and maintenance of procedures to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
