Warehouse Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage daily operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 10-15 people, ensuring seamless service across multiple clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver operational performance targets and KPIs
- Oversee receiving, putaway, and processing of air freight
- Ensure accurate labour allocation to optimize efficiency and control costs
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff to maintain high standards and productivity
- Manage compliance with customs regulations
- Promote and enforce health and safety practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet client expectations
The successful candidate will be a confident and proactive leader who thrives under pressure and maintains a cool head in a dynamic setting. They will bring:
- At least 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager role
- A strong background in air freight or logistics environments
- A current forklift license and hands-on warehouse experience
- Familiarity with bonded warehouse compliance and customs procedures
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A safety-first mindset and the ability to lead by example
