Warehouse Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations.

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary package.

The successful candidate will lead and manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.

  • Manage stock control, including slow-moving stock and inventory discrepancies.
  • Conduct monthly toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and freight companies.
  • Maintain and improve warehouse layout and presentation.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Current High Risk Forklift Licence.
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Solid understanding of warehousing principles and safety practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as computer literacy and the ability to manage warehouse reporting systems.
