Senior Learning Content Specialist

This is a key role within our global learning team, focused on crafting high-quality digital learning experiences that empower leaders across regions to adapt, connect and deliver with impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in digital learning design, instructional design skills, and a passion for creating engaging content that drives behaviour change. They will be proficient in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and other eLearning platforms.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, as well as excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will be able to translate complex ideas into simple, accessible formats that align with our brand and learning outcomes.

We are looking for a skilled communicator and learning content creator who can work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design digital learning collections that our regions can localise and deliver.

The responsibilities of this role include designing and developing digital learning assets, creating compelling primers, videos, microlearning and digital learning content, and advising on the best media and formats to deliver learning outcomes effectively.
