The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across Consumer and Business Bank.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted solutions to improve performance based on key performance indicators.
  • Support the development of the HS&W Plan and translate Group-wide initiatives to support specific business units' risks.
  • Lead multiple concurrent safety and wellbeing projects across their entire life cycle.
  • Input and support key Group safety and wellbeing responses, including developing targeted interventions to respond to emerging risks especially in mental health and wellbeing.
  • Develop strong relationships at a General Manager level and across the division and with relevant business unit leaders.
  • Lead and influence multi-discipline stakeholders to implement safety and wellbeing programs.
  • Advocate for cultural and behavioural change required in workforce revolution strategies for the HR job family.

This is a challenging but engaging role that requires collaboration with expert professionals from our COE and operational teams. The work will be underpinned by a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about creating a supportive environment where employees can thrive.
