Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive CARE's fundraising and marketing strategy to achieve high-level targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and optimize key programs to engage the public and drive donor acquisition, retention, upgrading, and reactivation.
- Lead a highly engaged, target-driven, and motivated team.
- Lead the successful development of outreach campaigns working across the full spectrum of marketing techniques, including direct marketing, public relations, content marketing, traffic building, and conversion.
- Develop an annual and multi-year fundraising and marketing budget.
- Foster and drive a courageous culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full integration of workstreams, ensuring all campaigns are planned and executed collaboratively to maximize results.
- Oversee the development and implementation of brand, communications, and content strategy to ensure the impact of CARE's work is communicated to key stakeholders and the general public in an effective and timely manner.
- Extensive experience at a senior level within fundraising and marketing or an equivalent commercial sector generating multi-channel income programs.
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership position leading a multi-skilled cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills, including experience in financial management, market research, data, and consumer insight to dictate strategy.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective multi-channel acquisition, retention, and development strategies across multiple fundraising and/or marketing campaigns, including experience with digital marketing strategy.
- Proven experience managing complex budgets and implementing measurement practices to monitor performance, optimize efforts, and achieve measurable income and performance goals.
