Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term fundraising and communications strategy to ensure sustainable growth across all income streams.
- Lead the development of a comprehensive fundraising plan, including philanthropy, trusts, major donors, individual giving, corporate partnerships, bequests, events, appeals, and community fundraising.
- Manage and execute a range of fundraising activities, including events, appeals, and campaigns, to drive engagement and growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Provide strategic communications guidance and support to ensure the organization's profile and impact are enhanced.
- Manage complex budgets and financial reports to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management.

Kids Under Cover is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing and ending youth homelessness. With a strong commitment to creating a nurturing environment for vulnerable youth, we offer stable, secure accommodation and scholarships to support young people aged 12-25.
