Job Opportunity: Venue Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe environment for our members and guests.

The successful candidate will be the face of our club, delivering a positive experience through problem-solving and effective communication.

Prominent responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a secure environment for members and guests
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Solving issues and implementing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring entry compliance in a welcoming manner

To succeed in this role, the applicant must hold a valid NSW Security License (1AC), current RSA, RCG, and First Aid certificates, as well as general knowledge of hospitality operations and guiding legislation.

This is a flexible role that supports our 24/7 operations, requiring the ability to work independently, think on your feet, and resolve complex situations with tact and discretion.
