Customer Service Ambassador

The Customer Service Ambassador will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at our venue. Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming visitors, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

To succeed in this role, candidates will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience is highly desirable.

Key Requirements
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
  • Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years' experience in Reception/Concierge in the hospitality industry
