About This Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Ambassador to work in our café at ACT, Stromlo Leisure Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting positive impressions.

The Job Responsibilities:

Our Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing first-class services to our patrons, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers

• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café

• Replenishing condiments as needed

• Following health and safety guidelines

• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash

• Promoting the centres services and programs to our patrons

• Developing and maintaining good working relations with patrons

• Providing information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options

• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

• Previous Barista Experience is highly desirable

Requirements:

• Positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style

• Coffee making/barista skills

• Food handling Certificate

• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)

• Current CPR Certificate

• Current Food Handlers Qualification

• Police Check

• Working with Vulnerable People

• Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
