Job Description

The Director of Workday Operations oversees a team of managers, guiding strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include forecasting revenue growth, client retention, and delivering against business objectives.

  • Lead the delivery of Workday services across a portfolio of clients
  • Drive strategic conversations to strengthen partnerships and grow relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent service delivery across regions
  • Champion product education for Enablement Management teams
  • Improve ways of working within the Practice and on projects
  • Partner with Resource Managers to manage Enablement capacity
  • Initiate initiatives to enhance service delivery, governance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
