Senior Tester - Digital Transformation role at Teachers Health. Who Are We?

Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.

What will you do?
  • Finalise transition and failback plans against test outcomes and contribute to implementation recommendation reports
  • Collaborate with the development team to perform proof of concept
  • Perform end-to-end testing of system integrations, functionalities, and user interfaces
  • Log, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with development and business teams
  • Manage test data, reporting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and share test completion reports
  • Prepare knowledge documents for training purposes
  • Support automation testers by conducting knowledge transition sessions
  • Assist and coach User Acceptance Testers
  • Liaise with staff across all levels of the business
  • Contribute to project reviews and workshops
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Actively contribute to the continued improvement of testing standards
  • Support the successful delivery of projects
What do you need?
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger, and JMeter
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in testing
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills
  • Experience with Cloud-based applications and Digital Transformation projects
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Experience with test management and defect management tools and processes
  • Experience with Salesforce apps implementation and enhancement
