We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our franchise recruitment efforts. This role is critical in executing national recruitment strategies and action plans with the Head of Growth (HOG) team to drive network growth through the sale of new franchises.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services markets, specifically the mortgage sector. They will possess demonstrated business development experience with a proven track record in achieving recruitment results.

This individual will be responsible for executing recruitment advertising and media strategies in conjunction with the Group Marketing team. They will conduct behavioural interviewing and assess potential franchisees in line with systems and protocols.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing behavioural assessments and debriefing results for new franchisees and loan writers. They will maintain and market to the recruitment prospects database and liaise with key stakeholders including the Head of Franchise Recruitment, State Managers, and Franchise Recruitment Managers.
